“A luck meeting as my (soon-to-be former) home warranty company dispatched them to my home to check on my HVAC unit as it wasn’t functioning well. As it will happen, the warranty company wouldn’t cover the repairs but they worked with me and explained in detail what needed to be done in order to get the work done. I was so impressed with how thorough everything was explained to me (they know their stuff and are very reasonable). I was wholly impressed and will be a returning maintenance customer. “I cannot speak more highly of Fong and Sullivan. I had a water leak that ended up being due to a clogged condenser in my HVAC/AC unit which was located on the roof. They already came highly recommended, but when I reached out, they were SO nice. They came out as quickly as they could (most companies told me 2-3 weeks!) but they called me several times to give me updates as to whether they could try to get to me even sooner than my scheduled appointment which was only 1 day after I called!

Joe and Corey were truly amazing – firstly, they were incredibly communicative about their ETA. When they arrived, they did a thorough diagnosis of the HVAC unit and even took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. They took care of the issue with ease and made a lot of recommendations to prevent future damage. They also offered to look at some of the other AC parts and my AC filter just to make sure I was maintaining everything properly – a service they did not need to do or take more time for. They ended up staying just chatting about best practices and were just about the friendliest repair people I have ever dealt with.

I own two properties and have been through SO many bad or iffy contractors and repair people so it’s such a relief to find reliable and high quality service providers. I will use Fong and Sullivan every time I have an issue and cannot recommend Joe and Corey enough.”

“We had a great experience with Fong and Sullivan HVAC, who were recommended by our plumber. We met with Joe early in the summer to get a quote to add AC to our existing ducted forced-air system (serving the 1st and 2nd floor and ignoring our finished attic that had no heating or cooling system).

Joe spent a couple hours at our house and gave us 7 detailed and clear proposals for ways we could address our request, ranging from adding AC to our current old gas system to a complete three-floor conversion to heat pumps (so heating and AC everywhere). We quickly realized that with current rebates, it was the same price to set up our entire home with green heating/cooling as it was to add AC to our old furnace. They scheduled work promptly and installed the new system with care. Joe loves answering questions! Chris was really responsive when we needed documents to get our MassSaves rebate.

We love our new system and are thrilled that our entire house has AC for the first time ever — we are very happy with the entire experience! We look forward to working with Fong and Sullivan to maintain our new system over the coming years.”
